Firstly, at the present time, we are only catering for re-sellers who are residing within Australia.

Because of the nature of the products & services revolving around the internet and the design, maintenance and marketing of internet based web sites, we believe that the referring affiliate partners need to know a little bit about the internet and/or the world of computers.

For example, if you are a retailer of software products, or you work in an ISP environment, or maybe you are a journalist reviewing software/hardware/internet related services, then the programme really would complement what you already do and this opportunity would be fabulous for you.

If, for example, you don't work in such an environment, but you have your own web site, or you surf the net a lot for fun, then this kind of referral work would suit you too.

Maybe you are in an industry which has many of its members starting to go online - like accounting firms, insurance companies, financial advisers, travel agencies, etc. etc. You could be in an ideal position to recommend our services to all of your colleagues within your specific industry!

If however, you are a plumber and you don't own a computer, then probably your referral might not be very convincing to those seeking advice. This is a difficult question to answer, because of individual differences, but the figures below are a rough guideline to the current reward programme on offer at present.

Our re-sellers are reimbursed on a monthly basis, at the end of the month following their successful referral work. We will transfer via the internet into the re-sellers' nominated bank account and will notify the reseller via email when the transfer has been completed, with a statement of their earnings.

NB. Should any sales be cancelled for any reason, or the referred clients request a refund, the referral money which was earned for the referral will be redeemable. That is to say, it will either be deducted from the next month's earnings to the reseller, or if the reseller is no longer active, then an invoice will be issued and paid to Cre@tive Knowhow any amounts earned from subsequently cancelled orders.

It is completely up to the individual affiliate reseller as to how he/she feels comfortable in marketing our products & services. The following are just some of the ideas which can be used by affiliate re-sellers:

• They could use the internet, if they have a web site of their own, by setting up an advertising "referral" page.
• They might choose to send out emails to all of their known contacts, recommending this service and offering them a unique discount voucher.
• An active affiliate might wish to distribute brochures off-line with the discount voucher attached.
• If they have a shop-front, they might choose to have a display with the discount vouchers prominent in their store.
• They might enlist some help and go "cold-calling" on business clients.
• They might use a telemarketing promotion to qualify clients and then send them the discount voucher.
• They might use traditional methods of advertising involving newspaper/magazine advertisements and/or radio/television advertising or letterbox drops.
• They could come up with a really creative way to disseminate the information.

Naturally, where the name Cre@tive Knowhow is promoted, both on-line and off-line, we need to ensure that the quality of the promotional tools is high, as our reputation is at stake.

For this reason, all advertising material will either be generated from master copies held and distributed by us, or if the re-seller wishes to use other material, it needs to be approved by us first, before being released to the general public.

There are also restrictions as to the kind of sites that Cre@tive Knowhow will undertake to build. For example, Cre@tive Knowhow will not undertake to build sites with unsavoury or pornographic material, and therefore retains the right to refuse service to sites which are deemed to be unsuitable.

Finally, Cre@tive Knowhow only practises ethically responsible business behaviour , and as such, will not tolerate any reseller sending unsolicited advertisements, (called "spamming" or "junk email") , using the Cre@tive Knowhow name.

If any of these restrictions are ignored, not only will the reseller be automatically disqualified from earning any commissions, but in some cases, where unethical behaviour has directly resulted in loss or damages to the Cre@tive Knowhow reputation,the offender may be liable to legal prosection.
