Cre@tive Writer's World is a major project undertaken by Cre@tive Knowhow, an imprint of Kirrily King publishing, to promote and support talented writers, both in Australia and overseas.

The concept was inspired through the perceived need for writers to maximize the new technology of the internet and the trend for readers/writers to more frequently use this new medium for their reading enjoyment.

We believe that the internet publishing world is just now evolving and that it will be the chosen destination for more and more readers to search for great writers and their work. We also believe, however, that the traditional book industry will continue to prosper and book lovers everywhere (including us), will never let go of the traditional paper-based medium!

For this reason, we believe that all good authors should have a web site to:

• primarily introduce themselves and their work to the reader
• to act as a marketing tool for their writing
• to sell their work

Readers will be able to find excellent authors here and to instantly view a sample of an author's writing,instnatly "buy" a short story on some sites, in order to make a decision to purchase the whole traditional hard copy version of their work. Writers who naturally are readers too, will fully participate in this exciting venture.

The staff at Cre@tive Knowhow are experienced in traditional and on-line publishing and we have developed considerable skills in marketing authors' work. We have a passion for great literature and excellent, creative web sites are our forte.

So we believe that we are placed strategically well in the marketplace, with a combination of skills and experience, to tackle any publishing project for writers anywhere.
