The Great Indonesian Teaching Survey
Never before (to my knowledge), has there been a comprehensive survey of the status of teaching Indonesian, in Australia and elsewhere in the world today.
These are trying times for Indonesia and her people, and we suspect, that they are also difficult times for teachers, who are teaching Indonesian as a second/foreign language.
This survey is the first of its kind, and hopefully, with the kind cooperation of all participants, will provide us with a fairly substantial picture of the status of Indonesian teaching today.
Your cooperation is kindly requested, in not only completing this survey, but also of passing it on to others you may know, who are currently (or have recently been), involved in teaching Indonesian. The survey results will make this a very valuable exercise for all concerned.
Not only will YOU gain a better understanding of the "whole picture" of the status of teaching Indonesian, but you will have some idea of how your own current situation compares with that of others around the country, (or other parts of the world).
I thank you, in anticipation of your cooperation, and look forward to notifying the results to each participant surveyed, as well as posting them on our web site.
Salam hangat dan Terima kasih!
