Q: What if I receive a book/CD/cassette which I already have or which I don't want?

A: No problem. You will receive your issues wrapped in plastic, so if you find that you either have it, or that it doesn't interest you, you may return it in its original sealed condition within 14 days of receiving it for a full credit.

On receipt of your returned item in original sealed condition, you will be issued with a credit voucher which is redeemable in our bookshop for any of the available items there for a period of twelve months. Or, if you do not find a substitute item you wish to buy, then the voucher can be redeemed for a cash refund or as part payment for your next subscription. The choices are all yours.

We wish to ensure that our clients receive value for money and are fully satisfied with our service. This is a number one priority!

Q: What if I have a very localized market and some of the marketing programmes are on a national basis?

A: This is NOT a problem. We recognize that our different business members have different needs related to their specific product/service and especially their target market.
That is why, not ALL of our programmes will be suitable for ALL of our members at once! We will make specific offers which are of most benefit to those businesses suiting that particular marketing strategy.
As a rule of thumb, you will be given at least FOUR suitable opportunities to market your specific product/service in any given year at a greatly reduced cost.

Q: How is the education programme different to just going to the bookstore and buying the books/tapes myself?

A: Firstly, it takes time and effort to hunt out the best books, tapes, CD's, CDROM's,videos, etc and you have precious little time, as an entrepreneur!
And secondly, you will have "added value" in the postings, with items included which are uniquely published by the SBI subscription service! (For example, we might include an "interview with the author", or send you some "intelligence" put together on a vital topic for small biz from our own research/or contracted expert services). These are all things which you don't have the time to do yourself, and/or are not readily available to you normally!
Thirdly, as a member, you will have the exclusive access to a network of "highly committed" entrepreneurs, not just people "playing at" being in business. You can learn from them, and maybe even do business with them. (You will find the creme de la creme of small business here, within our membership!)

Q: How is the annual membership fee to the SBI service calculated and does it represent value for money?

A: Well, if you check out the "About Us" page, you will see the calculations for yourself! This subscription represents savings of over $1000 per annum, minimal!
In short, we feel that this service is excellent value for money & we highly recommend you to try it. Don't forget, we offer a "full money back guarantee!"

Q: When will I receive my education programme?

A: We offer a bi-monthly service, and as such, we post out the members' issues on around the middle of every second month. (ie around the 15th February, 15th April, 15th June, 15th August, 15th October and finally, 15th December). Or, if you join after the 15th of the second month and before the end of that month, then you will still receive that particular members' offer soon after we receive your subscription.
If you join anytime between 1st Jan and the 28th Feb, for example, you would begin to receive your Jan/Feb items on or after the 15th Feb. Then the next posting is made to you on the 15th April.
If you were to join on the 1st March, however, you would automatically receive the Mar/Apr posting as your first member's offer and would not receive that before the 15th April. And so on.
Of course, if you wish to buy earlier postings, (say you joined on the 9th March, but wanted the Jan/Feb books, which had already been sent out to other members. Then, they are readily available in the SBI Bookshop for individual purchase at any time.

Q: What if I have a suggestion for a good title, which could be included in the SBI service?

A: If you know of a great book, CD or cassette, which you believe would be invaluable for our members, then you should let us know about it. We are open-minded and always keen to source the very best resources in business education.

Q:What if I have a question which has not been answered here?

A:Simple! Chances are, if we haven't answered YOUR question, someone else will also be wondering about the very same issue. Just email us with your question and someone will get back to you within 48 hours!

Q: Is it true that I can earn rewards for referring new members?

A:Yes, of course! We really want to grow the membership for all of our sakes! More members generally mean better bargaining power! So, we have built in a $25.00 reward incentive to any member who refers a new member to this service. This reward can be taken by way of a "discount voucher" for our online bookshop, a credit on our annual membership, or a cash refund. The choices are yours.

We also have a Licensed Reseller Programme,(where the rewards are far greater) for those who are in a "business to business" situation, where they can add on-selling of this service to their existing business services, as an "added value" service. But these licenses are restricted and are on a selective basis, and if you are interested, you need to contact us and we will evaluate your situation on an individual basis.

Q: What if I wish to discontinue my subscription?

A: Again, unsubscribing to the service is a simple matter of emailing/faxing/phoning us, and requesting in writing that you be removed from the membership. All we ask is that you give us 30 days' notice for processing your request. You will stop receiving the postings/marketing opportunities after 30 days and if you have paid upfront, you will receive the balance of your membership not already spent (ie for services/products already supplied),less a small charge for administration costs. If your subscription is on a monthly instalment basis, then your instalments will stop after 30 days or as soon as you have paid for the editions/offers already sent to you, whichever comes first.
