Shane Beetson is an Australian entrepreneur, property investor and business owner. He has started, developed many small businesses, which now run under management and allow him to go on finding more business challenges.

Shane has trained extensively in marketing, sales, business & team management and is a qualified practitioner and coach in NLP.

He is currently the CEO & Director of Pepsoft, a software company dedicated to supplying simple to use software for small business owners. Through Pepsoft, Shane can help many businesses to achieve results they have never before encountered, once they realize the ability to accurately determine the exact effectiveness and profitability of their advertising, marketing, promotions and sales people. Suzanne operates a very successful "niche market" internet publishing business, online since 1995. In 1999, she began helping other entrepreneurs to "go online" when her internet consultancy business, Cre@tive Knowhow became another successful internet focused business. Today Cre@tive Knowhow specializes in creating unique and "tailor made" internet solutions for small business owners.

From a training background, Suzanne has always had a keen interest in theories of intelligence and has developed some keen insights into what kind of "intelligence" it takes to succeed in a small business enterprise. She reflects with some amusement on common misconceptions of intelligence and reveals the path she has followed to reach a stage where the theory practically applied, has made a real difference to the financial.
