Prior to facilitating business improvement, Sue was a business process analyst and project manager for Volvo and Westpac.  Her previous roles and her love of coaching sport, helped her develop a passion for facilitating businesses and individuals to achieve their goals.  Her roles in life taught her that solutions included valuing the human capital in business and realising that there are a lot of little things we can do in business that result in big business and continuous improvement.
