Kerry advises and can create a Bali style garden for your home, courtyard at school/home or a foyer setting. She combines her deep knowledge of Bali with gardening and plants suitable for a Balinese effect in cold climates and the coast.

Kerry specializes in Balinese Gardens and settings as well as educational services for the region.
She can email or send out a brochure of her services.
- HIRE: For $60 hire fee she can deliver and pick up boxes of teaching equipment ranging from tradtional costumes for productions, to wayang kulit, bargaining module teaching aids,Islam, and island specialities. You may borrow the equipment for as long as you need it...negotiable times, depending on demand. '
- INDIVIDUAL PROFESSIONAL HELP: $60 per hr to individuals, $120 for groups of staff. Kerry can go to your workplace or home and help you with your work schedule, topics, programs, classroom management, teach you about individual cultural or language topics, dance and art work.
- TUTORING TO STUDENTS $30 per hr in their home. TUTORING to teachers see above.
- MASK-MAKING. Kerry can deliver to your school, paster-cast plain masks (topeng) for students to paint and detail. Masks are $6 each. You can hire paints and paintbrushes for $20 and also the cost of the paint used. (usually about $15 for a class of 30) The masks come with full instructions and a picture of the how the mask should look when completed. It also details the history of maskmaking and use of mask in dance/drama in Indonesia. This is suitable for Primary or High School.
- MURAL WORK: Kerry can come to your school and paint a Bali-style mural for your school wall. She can also make murals on large card or board for sudents to complete themselves. Kerry draws the outline and students colour it in. If you wish, she can draw images for your clasroom walls or for your courtyard at home or school.(Cost is usually a donation or negotiable)
- CLASSTEACHING: Kerry can visit your class and teach a specific topic ($60 per hr) from projectwork to academic subjects in language and culture.From Kindergarten to Yr 12. If you would like to be in-serviced on a style of teaching, she will take your class as an example and you cover your professional development requirements at the same time. Wayang is a speciality.
- SPEAKER ON EDUCATIONAL ISSUES: $120 hr to groups of teachers/staff. Topics include LOTE staff in services in management and coordination of programs, The law and excursions for all teachers, The implications of Critical Incidents:post trauma for teachers and students, Dis-stress in teaching and your rights & management, Competition betweenLOTE languages, "Teacher culture sabotages itself, killing the goose....", "Life's little instruction book for teachers" and many other topics. There are also Indonesian Langauge Classes held at Deakin. The teachers are Indonesian native speakers. Information on 02 62828372. There is a cost for the conversation courses.

John Penrose is an ex- Indonesian teacher from Sydney who started up an excellent business in Bali, taking tours around Bali and Java for school groups, individuals and other groups with special interests. However, if you are intending to take a school group to Indonesia, please check what you need and the implications with either Anita Patel at Narrabundah College or Kerry Davies on kerry.davies@bigpond.com These people will tell you about the excursions policy and the know-how, dangers, and how to work with the Department. You need to be well prepared and knowledgable about the system here before you take a trip.

NUSA TENGGARA ASSOCIATION 
This is a small voluntary based association in Canberra and aims to support the people in the islands of Nusa Tenggara, especially Semau Island, just south of Timor. It sponsors small scale development projects in Roti, Semau, East and West Timor. It raises money by the sale of products and textiles from this area and also provides guest speakers on up-to-date information. There are regular newsletters and also contacts for working overseas on a voluntary basis.
